Does florida hospital hire lpn?

I have recently graduated from LPN (I haven't taken my boards yet). I was wondering if any of the hospitals around Central Florida (Florida Hospital, Orlando Health, Central Florida Regional, etc.) I have seen very, very few vacancies for LPN on their websites and the vacancies I see are only for experienced LPNs.

As an LPN, I know that my best job prospects are in nursing homes, however, I really want to do intensive care, or even long-term care with patients who have higher acuity (tracheos, vents, etc.) Pediatrics is out of the question for me, unless it's older adolescent children. Does anyone know or have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
